Shipping Policy:

We offer complimentary FREE SHIPPING on ALL ORDERS over $200 in the United States ONLY.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary by country and destination.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES (does not include weekends/public holidays)

Approximate shipping times vary on the following factors: whether the item was customized, the destination, and number of items ordered. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

Delayed Delivery- in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

Our Tailored suits for Men and Women take about 3 to 6 weeks to be customized.

Under our Footwear Section, we offer Fastlane 2.0 these shoes take 1 week to be customized. All the other shoes and other items mentioned above take 4 weeks to be customized.

ORDER TRACKING

We will always provide you with a tracking number once an order is processed. If tracking is not available, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (3-5) business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3 to 5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent forth to the post office)

After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Processing Time- In very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy times like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel an order if it has already been processed.

Please drop us an email at info@dtailorstore.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order that you have just made.

If you reach and we tell you the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

ENTERING WRONG ADDRESS IN ORDER

Please be careful when entering your shipping address Dtailorstore will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Important:

Orders placed online on Saturdays and Sundays after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day, provided that the total payment is made with a credit/debit card through our online store.

Payments made through our website with credit and debit cards are processed through our secure platform, ensuring data protection and peace of mind for our customers.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us info@dtailorstore.com. Please note that the return address will be provided once the return is approved.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is defective or damaged, customers must provide several photos of the item and a screenshot of your order confirmation email along with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned like custom items (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or sale items.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at  info@dtailorstore.com.

Terms and Conditions:

Our commitment is to deliver the best product on the market and satisfy our customers, preparing them with the highest standards of quality.

If the customer wishes to pick up the product from its place of preparation, they must arrange the pickup time in advance, pay the total arrangement cost beforehand, and contact us by phone at 732-852-3090 or through our email info@dtailorstore.com.

The system is unable to deny any purchase when a customer orders a product WITHIN a time frame that is currently available. 

You can make the full payment for your product through our online store with a credit or debit card. If payment is made in cash, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the product value must be paid via Zelle transfer to (732-852-3090) or in cash at our preparation point, contact us by phone at 732-852-3090 or through our email info@dtailorstore.com. The full payment must be made before delivery.

NOTE: If the payment made by the customer through our online store is not complete amount is not paid, the product will not be made or shipped out.
